These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Domain platform, including all content, features, courses, and services made available at domain.biz. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

— share account access with any third party or allow others to use your credentials;
— attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying infrastructure;
— upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others;
— use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, collect, or interact with platform content;
— interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or servers;
— impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
— use the platform in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.
5. Course Enrolment and Access
5.1 Enrolment
Upon completing payment or otherwise receiving access to a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable right to access that course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, course access is granted on a lifetime basis for the enrolled user only.
5.2 Content Updates
We may update, revise, or discontinue course content at any time. While we make reasonable efforts to keep content current and accurate, we do not guarantee that any specific version of course material will remain available indefinitely.
5.3 Certificates
Where the platform offers certificates of completion, such certificates are issued solely for personal and informational purposes. We make no representation regarding their recognition by any third-party institution, employer, or regulatory body.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Pricing
Fees for paid courses and subscription plans are displayed on the platform in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, and such changes will not affect purchases already completed.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your designated payment method. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase, as communicated on the relevant course or checkout page. Where no specific refund policy applies, requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to review at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, video recordings, written lessons, assessments, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Domain or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited in any form without express written permission.
7.2 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or upload any content to the platform, including comments, forum posts, or assignment responses, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the right to grant this licence.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these terms exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
13. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time and without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any portion thereof.
14. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation initiated by written notice to [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of such notice, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or such other mechanism as mutually agreed upon.
Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Domain with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Domain to be effective.
